1. Q: Are you the manufacturer? What’s your main business?
A: Yes, we are the manufacturer with operations based in India & Luxembourg. Our product range includes Digital Audio Processors, Conference Systems, Digital Power Amplifiers, Public Address (PA) Systems, and Conference PTZ Cameras. We also provide complete solutions for applications in conferences, education, hospitality, and more.
2. Q: Without a CD, how do I install the audio processor software?
A: Our Digital Signal Processor does not come with an installation CD. Instead, the software installation package is integrated into the processor itself. You can access it by entering the default IP address http://192.168.1.200/ in a web browser and downloading the software directly from there.
3. Q: I cannot open the webpage or download the software from http://192.168.1.200/. What should I do?

Ensure the device and your PC are connected properly.

Confirm both the device and PC are on the same network segment (but with different IP addresses).

Clear your browser cache as it might be preventing the page from loading.
4. Q: What configuration is required when using the system for the first time?
A: Please follow these steps:

Carefully read the instruction manual, especially the safety guidelines.

Connect your PC, audio input/output devices, and processor as shown on the back panel. Use a LAN connection for PC to device.

Power on the device. On your PC, open the software and select the local device from the list. Double-click the IP (default: 192.168.1.200), then enter the username and password to log in.

Once logged in, you can access and control all system functions.
5. Q: I can't find or connect to the device. What could be the issue?
A:

Check the physical network cable for faults.

Make sure both your PC and device are in the same IP segment (e.g., 192.168.1.xxx), but not the exact same IP address.

Open the software on your PC and search for the device again.
6. Q: What is the default IP address of the device?
A: The default IP address is 192.168.1.200. When configuring your PC’s network, use the segment 192.168.1.xxx while avoiding address conflicts.
7. Q: How do I connect to the RS232 interface?
A: On the processor’s rear panel, the RS232 port has the following pins:

G (Ground)

Rx (Receive)

Tx (Transmit)
Connect these to your control system or computer as needed.
8. Q: How do I connect to the RS485 interface?
A: On the rear panel, the RS485 interface is marked as – and +. Connect these to the corresponding RS485 terminals of your control host or device.
