Repair Process

Initial Inquiry
Please contact our service team at contact@stapesindia.com with your product model, serial number, issue description, and purchase details (if available). -
Service Ticket & Instructions
Our support team will issue a Service Ticket Number and provide packaging and shipping instructions for sending your product to our repair center. -
Diagnosis & Estimate
Once we receive your product, it undergoes a technical evaluation. For out-of-warranty repairs, we will send you a quotation for approval before proceeding. -
Repair & Testing
Upon approval, our trained engineers carry out the repair and perform thorough functional and quality testing to ensure your product meets factory standards. -
Return & Tracking
After servicing, your product will be securely packaged and shipped back to your provided address with tracking details.
Warranty Repairs

Products under warranty are repaired free of charge, provided the fault falls within warranty terms and conditions.

Proof of purchase (invoice or warranty certificate) is required for all warranty claims.
Out-of-Warranty Support

We offer continued repair and support for all Stapes products even after the warranty period. Charges will be communicated transparently before proceeding.
